At first, I was hesitant to use Careers Plus, but I read several more good reviews than bad and I understand that alot of customers exaggerate complaints out of emotion (I work in customer service) to get what they want and to try and take advantage of a company. What they don't know is when they post these inflated complaints, in does a great injustice to reputable companies who actually do help people. Careers Plus did a wonderful job on my new resume and I've been getting responses still to this day (a month later) after I've already gotten a job using the same resume. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
Art|I agree with KP regarding their service. The plus side is that their service is reasonably priced compared to other online services. The bad news is that the will make one single draft and if you don't like it you're out of luck. They will get offended and start telling you that you're questioning their professionalism. <br /><br />The type of resume I got is at best mediocre and it will need much more revision before I can present to potential employers.

Brian I have to say that I must be one of the unlucky ones. Their site says that they will call you to review and the proceed to create or update your resume. After 48hrs from the time I ordered, no call. I called them and then they called about 2hrs later. They said they had tried to call earlier... a lie...t
